Refund & Return Policy Solemate

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll help you sort it out quickly.

Returns

You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (including box, tags, and extras).

To start a return, email solematesneakerssa@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • The reason for your return

Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

Refunds

When your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm by email. If approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds reflect the amount paid after any discounts or promotions.

We Don’t Accept Returns For

  • Worn or damaged items

  • Missing packaging or accessories

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Incorrect size orders (unless it was our mistake)

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’ll gladly exchange your item if your preferred size is in stock. If not, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If 10 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your card provider (processing delays can occur).

  3. If it’s still not showing, reach out to us at solematesneakerssa@gmail.com for assistance.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item or size.
